Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Work alongside a passionate multidisciplinary team dedicated to holistic pediatric care and family empowerment. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech and language evaluation and therapy sessions tailored to each child's unique developmental goals. Develop, implement, and track individual treatment plans across diverse pediatric populations and early intervention needs. Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive, home-integrated treatment strategies. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation within our easy-to-use EMR system. Provide clear education and actionable strategies to empower families in supporting ongoing progress outside the clinic. What We're Looking For Active Florida Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP). Strong passion for and experience working with pediatric populations, developmental delays, and diverse communication disorders. Availability to work afternoon and/or weekend shifts. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with children, parents, and clinical peers.
