e2036-34142 Job Description Embark on a rewarding journey supporting students communication and developmental goals in a vibrant school environment near Immokalee, FL. This contract opportunity spans the 20262027 school year, and is designed for speech-language pathologists passionate about working with pediatric populations. You'll have the opportunity to serve students from early childhood through high school, with caseloads tailored to your background and preferencesranging from moderate to profound needs. Both local and travel professionals are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered Valid state licensure (or the ability to obtain prior to start date) Previous experience in school-based settings, especially with pediatric, early childhood, or elementary students, is highly desirable Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills Competency in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech and language interventions to students in grades K12 Conduct comprehensive assessments and contribute to the development of individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student progress Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and district standards Offer guidance and training to staff and families as needed Enjoy competitive weekly compensationwith pay between $40 and $60 per houralongside comprehensive healthcare coverage and a 401(k) plan featuring company matching.
