Qualifications & Experience:
Licensed SLP or SLPA in the state of Florida (or eligible for state licensure)
SLP - CCC
credential preferred for SLP candidates Previous school-based or pediatric experience highly valued Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills Commitment to fostering student growth and inclusion
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students Collaborate with teachers, aides, and parents to support each child's educational goals Participate in IEP meetings and maintain thorough documentation Provide support for communication development in both group and individual settings
