Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity near Deland, FL, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of students as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Whether you're an experienced CCC-SLP or a Clinical Fellow eager to grow with dedicated supervision, your expertise is valued. Please note, SLPAs and virtual roles are not being considered for these openings. Available part-time placements include Taylor Middle High (Pierson), University High (Orange City), and Hinson Middle (Daytona), offering you flexibility to indicate your preferred school placement when applying. This role is set to begin August 4, 2026, and runs through May 28, 2027. With a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, you'll enjoy a structured academic year employment.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Hold a valid Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license CCC-SLP or pursuing Clinical Fellowship, with supervision available for CFs Demonstrated background in school-based speech therapy services Exceptional communication, documentation, and organizational skills A passion for supporting student development in diverse educational settings

Deliver comprehensive speech-language and communication therapy to students Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and track student progress Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district policy and state regulations Foster an inclusive, communicative environment that encourages student success Grow as part of a vibrant school community dedicated to excellence in student services.
