Job Description

Category Therapy - Skilled - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact in students' lives while growing your professional skills in a supportive educational setting. We are seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists to provide expert therapy services in a welcoming school environment near Deland, FL. This contract opportunity allows you to support students' communication goals while collaborating with dedicated educators and staff.
Qualifications and Experience Desired:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Florida Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills Commitment to fostering student growth, development, and confidence
Responsibilities Include:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students with diverse needs Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student learning and progress Participate in IEP meetings and assist with developing appropriate student goals Provide direct therapy and consultative services in group and one-on-one settings Embrace a rewarding position that allows you to make a difference every day and further your career as a school-based SLP.
