Approximately 80 Students Soliant Health is partnering with a supportive school district in Eastpoint, Florida, to hire a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming school year. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an SLP who is passionate about helping students develop the communication skills they need to thrive both academically and socially. Join a collaborative team of educators and specialists where your expertise will make a lasting impact on students and their success. Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations for students. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals. Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services. Manage a caseload of approximately 80 students. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams. Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation. Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active or eligible Florida SLP license. Florida Department of Education certification (or ability to obtain if required).
