Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Launch your next school-based adventure in beautiful Northwest Florida as a Speech-Language Pathologist! This full-time contract role spans the 2026-2027 academic year and offers a rewarding opportunity to work with students from Pre-K to age 22. Whether you're looking to be rooted at one site or prefer an itinerant schedule serving multiple schools, your skills will help unlock potential for students in supportive, forward-thinking environments.
What You Bring:
Active Florida Department of Health Provisional SLP License Previous school-based SLP experience (strongly preferred) Ability to work on site (virtual/remote is not available for this role) Skill and passion for supporting students ages PreK-22 Flexibility—caseload and location may be focused at one campus or split between sites Commitment to timely credentialing; ability to complete fingerprinting and obtain JLA badge as required
Your Daily Impact:
Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress Complete assessments and documentation to ensure compliance Develop individualized intervention plans, track data and progress Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture
