Speech-Language Pathologist

Integral Partnerships is partnering with Meaningful Intervention Services (Therapist Owned Companies) to seek a compassionate, knowledgeable, and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality speech and language services to children and families. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders while partnering with caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members to support each child's growth and success across environments. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech, language, social communication, and feeding/swallowing evaluations as appropriate. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and family priorities. Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy services to children with diverse communication needs. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to support skill development across settings. Educate and coach caregivers on strategies to promote communication and language development in daily routines. Maintain accurate documentation, treatment notes, progress reports, and compliance records. Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities. Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Support children with a variety of diagnoses, including speech sound disorders, language delays, autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities, and social communication challenges. Uphold ethical and professional standards established by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association(ASHA) and applicable state licensing boards.

Qualifications Required:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility for licensure. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred or eligibility to obtain. Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred:

Experience working with pediatric populations. Experience providing caregiver coaching and family-centered services. Knowledge of neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based practices. Experience in early intervention, school-based services, private practice, or community settings. Skills & Competencies Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities.
