Qualifications/Preferred Background:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Active state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) Experience with pediatric populations, from early childhood through adolescence Strong background in school-based settings or willingness to learn Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver evidence-based therapy
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students across grade levels Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students unique needs Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student progress Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements Provide direct and consultative services, advocating for student inclusion and success Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insightful recommendations for student growth In addition to competitive weekly earningsranging from $40 to $60 an hour depending on experienceyoull benefit from comprehensive healthcare coverage and a 401(k) plan with company matching, ensuring your work is rewarded both now and in the future.
