Speech-Language Pathologist Free 2 Be Me Therapy Homestead, FL Job Details Part-time | Full-time $57 - $60 an hour 3 days ago Benefits Travel reimbursement Qualifications School experience Master's degree in speech-language pathology (SLP) Teamwork Master's degree Clinical documentation Communication Sciences & Disorders Full Job Description Overview Free 2 Be Me Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists, including Clinical Fellows (CFs), for the 2026-2027 school year in Miami, FL. We are a therapist-owned practice built on the belief that school-based SLPs—especially those new to the setting—deserve strong support, clear expectations, and a manageable structure. Our goal is to create a setting where you can grow your skills and feel confident, not overwhelmed. This position is ideal for both experienced SLPs and CFs looking for a supportive and guided school-based experience.

Compensation & Benefits SLPs:
$57 to $60 per hour
CFs:
Competitive hourly rate (based on experience) Healthcare stipend available Consistent weekly hours Structured onboarding and training CF Support & Mentorship Direct supervision from an experienced SLP Guidance with IEPs, evaluations, and documentation Support with scheduling and school systems Ongoing check-ins and mentorship throughout your CF year A collaborative, non-overwhelming environment to build confidence What Makes This Role Different You will not be left to "figure it out" alone Real support with school-based expectations Thoughtful caseload and scheduling planning Therapist-owned, clinician-centered practice Responsibilities Provide speech and language therapy services to school-aged students Conduct evaluations and write reports (with support for CFs) Develop and implement IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families Maintain documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Florida SLP license (or eligibility) CFs welcome and encouraged to apply School-based experience is a plus but not required Who This Is a Good Fit For CFs who want a supportive, guided start in schools SLPs curious about school settings but hesitant to jump in alone Clinicians who value structure, support, and collaboration How to Apply Apply through Indeed or email your resume to:
