We offer CFY mentorship and the Speech Language Pathology staff is available to collaborate. This is a great opportunity for any Speech Language Pathologist - CFY who wants to work with children. Adult therapy opportunities may be available. What Makes CFSHC Unique? CFSHC is a nonprofit organization that has been serving the Central Florida community for over 65 years. In most speech-language pathology practices, clinicians are paid hourly and only for direct patient-facing time. Time spent preparing for sessions, completing documentation, or attending meetings is either on outside time or unpaid. At CFSHC, we value the full scope of our clinicians' work and commitment. We offer a salaried compensation model that provides stable income not tied to the number of appointments seen. Clinicians are paid for their time and expertise—not just for the minutes spent in front of patients. This approach fosters a more supportive work environment, allows for better continuity of care, and encourages professional growth without financial penalty for doing what's best for our patients.
