Qualifications Valid licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (e.g., ASHA CCC-SLP). Experience working with pediatric populations, including early intervention services and school-based settings. Knowledge of speech therapy techniques for individuals with speech impairments and disabilities across age groups. Familiarity with comprehensive speech and language evaluations and treatment plan implementation. Proficiency in using EMR/EHR systems and understanding of medical terminology. Experience working with telehealth therapy platforms is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills for parent collaboration and team-based care delivery. Background knowledge of physiology and anatomy relevant to speech-language pathology.
