" We are seeking a full time
SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST
(SLP/CCC) to join our Lehigh Acres team who is a dynamic clinician and team player. Our facility offers a supportive family environment with a compassionate rehab team which is led by an experienced Director of Rehabilitation. Rehabilitation techs are utilized to assist therapists with resident transport and administrative functions. The rehab department utilizes Net Health-Therapy and Point Click Care for billing and documentation to assist therapists with daily efficiency where quality care remains the primary focus of each therapist. The facility offers 6-day a week, in-house comprehensive rehabilitation program where the SLP/CCC is an integral member of the interdisciplinary team. Our rehab positions are stable and secure at one location. Each rehab department offers a spacious gym.

JOB SUMMARY
Conducts screenings of residents as scheduled to determine the need for evaluation and/or intervention Evaluate residents per physician orders to obtain comprehensive data to be utilized in developing the plan of care for swallowing, communication and/or cognition Provide Speech Therapy treatment to residents when indicated per the plan of care Actively engage and contribute to the success of the rehab department, IDT and facility success This position requires a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Clearinghouse in compliance with Florida House Bill 531 (2025).
