Pediatric Feeding Therapist (SLP or OT) Thriving Joy Pediatric Therapy | Lutz, FL Full-time or part-time | W-2 | Do you light up when you see a feeding kiddo on your schedule? If you read feeding research for fun, notice tongue posture in every baby you meet, and get a little too happy when a sensory kiddo finally touches a new food, we'd love to meet you. Thriving Joy is a boutique, therapist-owned practice specializing in feeding, lactation, and speech for children from birth through elementary school. We're small on purpose, so you can practice the way you always wanted to. Let's build a caseload you love and a schedule that fits. What makes this different Time to find the root cause. No cookie-cutter protocols, no rushing to discharge, no "try a new formula and follow up in six weeks." You'll have the time and support to figure out why a child is struggling and build a plan that fits that family. Families as partners. Parents are the experts on their own child. We support how they choose to parent, and we treat emotional support as part of treatment, not something extra. What you'll do Evaluate and treat infants, toddlers, and elementary-age children with feeding and swallowing challenges Support bottle and breastfeeding difficulties, oral-motor coordination, and sensory-based feeding challenges Coach parents so progress carries over to real mealtimes at home See most families at our Lutz office, with home and school visits when you want them and they fit the child Who we're looking for A speech-language pathologist or occupational therapist with a genuine passion for pediatric feeding Experience with sensory-based feeding challenges (picky eating, food aversions, texture difficulties) Infant feeding experience strongly preferred: bottle and breastfeeding difficulties, oral-motor coordination, NICU graduates Someone curious and collaborative who wants to keep growing clinically A clinician who sees the whole family, not just the child in front of them What you'll need Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or Occupational Therapy Florida SLP or OT license
