What We're Looking For:

Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant Previous school-based experience preferred, but strong clinical skills and a commitment to student success are valued Ability to develop and implement IEPs, deliver engaging therapy sessions, and track student progress Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, staff, and families High level of organization, flexibility, and enthusiasm for working in a K-12 school environment

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students Deliver services in both individual and group formats, tailored to age and grade level Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and special education staff to ensure student success Attend IEP meetings and contribute expertise to help develop goals and monitor progress Complete timely documentation and maintain confidentiality with all student records Participate in school-based professional development, staff meetings, and related activities This position gives you the opportunity to grow professionally while making a genuine difference in students' lives every day.
