Mainly serving the Kendall area, we are seeking an innovative speech-language pathologist to join our team-oriented practice. We offer a supportive and collaborative working environment that encourages therapists to think outside the box while changing the world one child at a time! We offer services at preschools, private schools, therapy centers and our clinic.

Role/Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations on children. Analyze, interpret and document evaluation results. Write reports and develop patient care plans with long and short-term goals. Treat a variety of communication delays/disorders including but not limited to speech, language, auditory processing, motor planning, oral motor and social/pragmatic abilities. Provide caregiver/parent education and generalization techniqes to support carry-over Make appropriate referrals for additional services such as neurology, psychiatry, dentistry, audiology, behavior therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, etc.

SLP/SLP-CF

Requirements:

Master Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid Florida (DOH) licensure Certification of Clinical Competence by ASHA or CF Pediatric experience preferred, but not required Certified Driver's License Level II background screening fingerprints English speaking; Spanish is welcomed, but not required If you are interested in the position, please submit your resume or contact me directly at 305-793-6412
