What You'll Do:
Provide high-quality, one-on-one speech, cognitive, and swallowing therapy to geriatric patients in their homes (focusing on dysphagia, stroke recovery, and cognitive-linguistic care). We are open to skilled clinicians looking to transition their foundational SLP experience into adult home health. Complete Evaluations, Re-Assessments, and OASIS documentation (Start of Care, Resumption of Care, and Discharge). Develop and implement plans of care to address speech, language, and Dysphagia (swallowing) disorders.
What You Need:
License:
Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License.
Certification:
Current CPR/BLS Certification.
Transportation:
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
