Hold an active Florida SLP license ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or eligibility considered Experience in educational settings or strong interest in school-based speech therapy Skills in assessment, development, and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Comfort working with diverse student populations spanning Kindergarten through 12th grade Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities with teachers, staff, and families
