Currently seeking a pediatric SLP to join us in providing local home health services in the St.

Petersburg area. This position can be a temporary maternity replacement (until December 2026) or a permanent position. Age Range:
Birth to 18 years old. (Almost all of our clients are early intervention-school-aged)

Petersburg Service Settings:
In-home, daycare, and private preschool/school settings
Qualifications:
Licensure:
ASHA Certification and FL State License required At least 1 year experience working with pediatric population (CF not available at this time) Must have a valid driver's license and Insurance Must have a reliable vehicle Must have your own professional liability insurance
Responsibilities:
Flexible Scheduling:
Arrange your schedule based on your availability and your client's availability - Company handles all client on-boarding and billing responsibilities
Comprehensive Assessments:
Conduct thorough assessments, prepare evaluation reports, and design timely plans of care
Therapy Sessions:
Administer tailored therapy sessions to address individual needs
Collaborative Approach :
Collaborate with other treatment providers and/or teachers when necessary to ensure optimal outcomes
Documentation and Communication:
Maintain accurate records, track progress, and communicate effectively with parents and fellow providers - Company provides user-friendly platform for client and therapy management
Education and Support:
Offer guidance to families on communication strategies and techniques
Skills:
Desired Skills :
Enthusiasm, willingness to learn, experience with neurodivergent children, and proficient case management
Communication Skills :
Excellent communication abilities to engage with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Preferred Experience:
