Job Description
Are you a SLP who values child-led, strengths-based, and neuroaffirming approaches? We're looking for a passionate therapist to join our team. Little Sunshine Pediatric Therapy is a therapist-owned practice that celebrates all forms of communication, honors each child's unique learning style, and prioritizes connection over compliance. We're seeking a pediatric SLP to join us in providing field based local home health services in the vibrant St.
Petersburg area. If you believe in affirming neurodivergent identities, following a child's lead, and supporting communication beyond just speech, we'd love to hear from you!

Position Details:
Age Range:
Birth to 21 years old. (Most of our clients are early intervention-school-aged)Initial Hours :
Part-Time and Full-Time Available Service Locations :
St.Petersburg Service Settings:
In-home, daycare, and private preschool/school settingsQualifications:
Licensure:
ASHA Certification and FL State License required At least 1 year experience working with pediatric population (CF not available at this time) Must have a valid driver's license and Insurance Must have a reliable vehicle Must have your own professional liability insuranceResponsibilities:
Flexible Scheduling:
Arrange your schedule based on your availability and your client's availability - Company handles all client on-boarding and billing responsibilitiesComprehensive Assessments:
Conduct thorough assessments, prepare evaluation reports, and design timely plans of careTherapy Sessions:
Administer tailored therapy sessions to address individual needsCollaborative Approach :
Collaborate with other treatment providers and/or teachers when necessary to ensure optimal outcomesDocumentation and Communication:
Maintain accurate records, track progress, and communicate effectively with parents and fellow providers - Company provides user-friendly platform for client and therapy managementEducation and Support:
Offer guidance to families on communication strategies and techniquesSkills:
Desired Skills :
Enthusiasm, willingness to learn, experience with neurodivergent children, and proficient case managementCommunication Skills :
Excellent communication abilities to engage with patients, families, and healthcare professionalsPreferred Experience:
