School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist in Seminole, FL Blazer Jobs is seeking a qualified and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based position in Seminole, Florida for the 2026-2027 school year. This role is ideal for an SLP who is passionate about supporting student communication development and working within a collaborative school environment. We are looking for a professional who is committed to helping students improve speech, language, and overall academic participation through evidence-based intervention and strong collaboration with school staff and families. Key Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments Develop and implement individualized speech therapy treatment plans Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress monitoring Maintain accurate documentation and therapy records in compliance with district and state requirements Support students with articulation, fluency, expressive/receptive language, voice, and social communication needs Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active Florida SLP license ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred School-based or pediatric experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work with diverse student populations and educational teams Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance options Competitive weekly pay 401(k) options Professional development opportunities Advisory and recruiter support throughout the assignment How to Apply Interested candidates should submit their resume and references for consideration.
