Pediatric School-Based SLP | Tampa, Florida Soliant - 3.9 Tampa, FL Job Details Part-time | Contract 20 hours ago Qualifications Master's degree in speech-language pathology (SLP) Master's degree Speech-Language Pathology License Full Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a direct impact on student success in a flexible contract role supporting a small group of learners near Tampa, FL. Work as a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist delivering targeted teletherapy services to a caseload of just seven students. Enjoy a balanced schedule—only two days a week for approximately 2.5 hours per day—ideal for professionals seeking part-time opportunities, a supplement to an existing workload, or valuable experience in the virtual school setting.
Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid and current CCC-SLP or CFY license (Florida state licensure required) Experience working in K-12 schools and/or pediatric populations strongly preferred Teletherapy or remote service delivery experience highly valued Comfortable using digital platforms for virtual therapy sessions and documentation Strong communication skills to collaborate with school staff and familiesKey Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy to a dedicated group of seven students via virtual platforms Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in alignment with student IEPs Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports as required by school and regulatory standards Coordinate with educators, special education teams, and parents to optimize student outcomes Monitor progress, adjust therapy interventions, and participate in virtual IEP meetings as needed This contract-based position combines a meaningful caseload with an exceptionally manageable time commitment.
