Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Per Diem (Consistent Hours) Buffalo Crossing Health & Rehab Center 3875 Wedgewood Lane, The Villages, FL 32162 Buffalo Crossing Health & Rehab Center is currently seeking a Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. This position offers consistent, reliable hours —ideal for clinicians looking for flexibility without sacrificing stability. Position Type Per Diem Consistent scheduled hours available Responsibilities Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with facility and regulatory standards Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab and nursing team Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and progress Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Florida SLP license (or eligibility)
