School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Vero Beach, Florida ProCare Therapy - 3.9 Vero Beach, FL Job Details Full-time | Contract 6 days ago Qualifications Speech-Language Pathology License Full Job Description Make an extraordinary impact on students' lives as an on-site Speech-Language Pathologist for the current 26/27 school year. This rewarding contract opportunity is available near Vero Beach, FL, offering full-time hours (40 per week) with positions beginning ASAP through May 31, 2027. Collaborate with supportive colleagues, use your expertise to foster communication growth, and play a vital role in helping students reach their potential.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Active or eligible Florida SLP license required Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Consideration given to Clinical Fellows (CFY) Experience with school-aged children strongly preferred Competence in conducting teletherapy and traditional on-site sessions a plus Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and passion for student success

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students K-12 in a school-based environment Complete assessments, develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and progress reports Work closely with families, teachers, and other multidisciplinary team members to support communication goals Utilize evidence-based practices catering to diverse student needs Participate in IEP meetings, staffings, and relevant professional development
