Location:

home health visits in Hernando County ( including Spring Hill, Weeki Wachee, Brooksville, and surrounding area)

Schedule:

PRN; 5-10+ home health visits per week What you'll Do Provide skilled speech therapy services in accordance with physician orders, the plan of care, and regulatory standards Complete initial and ongoing patient assessments, including required OASIS assessments Develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team Educate patients and families on swallowing safety, dietary consistency, and communication strategies Support cognitive, sensory-motor, language, and memory development through individualized therapeutic interventions Why Join Empath Health?
