A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Job Description
Alpharetta, GA Full-Time:
Up to $100,000/yr |Part-Time:
$70/hr | Guaranteed Hours About Therapyland Therapyland is home to the largest and most advanced pediatric all-inclusive therapy centers in the Southeast. With state-of-the-art technology, themed therapy rooms, an indoor gym, built-in play sets, and an enclosed outdoor playground, our facilities are an SLP's dream. We can't keep up with our intake and we need talented SLPs to join our growing team in Alpharetta. Pay & Schedule Options Full-Time- Up to $100,000 salary with credit for years of certified experience
- New CCC-SLPs start at $85,000
- 4 PM end time schedule available Part-Time
- $70/hour and choose between 10-29 hours per week
- Guaranteed payment for all scheduled hours, regardless of cancellations Benefits (Full-Time)

- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and feeding assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with BCBAs, OTs, PTs, and ABA therapists for comprehensive care
- Educate patients and families on goals, home programs, and strategies
- Document progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and evidence-based practice standards Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) - Newly certified SLPs welcome! . Valid Georgia licensure (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in a pediatric clinical or home health setting preferred
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
