Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Short-Term School Position | Canton, GA | ASAP-October 27, 2026 Looking for a flexible, short-term opportunity this fall? Join Haynes Therapy Group to provide maternity leave coverage in a highly sought-after school district in North Atlanta! We're seeking an experienced, school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a middle school caseload from ASAP through October 27, 2026 . This is an excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact while enjoying a supportive work environment with an established team of SLPs and guidance from a dedicated Lead SLP. Position Highlights Short-term assignment:
ASAP-October 27, 2026 Middle school caseload in Canton, GA Collaborative school district with multiple SLPs Training on district paperwork and systems provided Ongoing mentorship and support from the Lead SLP Potential opportunities to transition into future local or teletherapy positions after the assignment Responsibilities Review student records and caseload information Develop and maintain an effective therapy schedule Provide direct speech-language therapy services Coordinate and participate in IEP and other required meetings Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with school staff and families Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist license Previous school-based experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Why Haynes Therapy Group?
