Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow candidates welcome) Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly preferred Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with students, parents, and school staff Dedication to evidence-based intervention and student-centered care

Role and Responsibilities:

Deliver direct, face-to-face speech and language therapy to students ranging from K-12 Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP goals Provide consultative support and education to teachers and families Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all federal and state special education requirements
