Assess and document communication abilities using observations, caregiver input, and standardized tests. Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with family values and clinical guidelines. Track progress and deliver therapy supporting sensory-motor, cognitive, and behavioral development. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. Follow ASHA and research-based standards in evaluation and treatment. Maintain necessary licensure and certifications; CF candidates considered.
