Job Description

At Elevation Autism , our SLP roles are built with collaboration , clinical excellence , and work-life balance in mind. You will provide early intervention speech and feeding therapy to children ages 1-6 in a center-based, multidisciplinary environment. Our integrated ABA + Speech model allows SLPs and BCBAs to work together to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care that drives meaningful outcomes for young learners. We serve children ages 1-6 through a multidisciplinary early intervention model that integrates ABA, Speech, and Feeding therapy services in a fun and engaging environment. Our mission is to help others reach their fullest potential while delivering exceptional early intervention services to families in our community. Once a CF obtains certification, there is a corresponding base salary increase.
Base Salary:
CCC-SLP:
$75,000-$85,000 per year Clinical Fellow (CF): $65,000+ per year
Performance-Based Bonus Opportunity:
All SLPs and CFs participate in our structured bonus model.
Required baseline:
30 treatment hours per week (120 hours per month) Opportunity to provide additional treatment hours beyond 30 per week Maximum of 37 treatment hours per week (148 hours per month) By increasing treatment hours, clinicians can earn: Up to an additional $1,680 per month Up to an additional $20,160 per year
