A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Job Description

Casper Therapy Services is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for an in-person position at an elementary school in Paulding County, Georgia. This position is available immediately for the remainder of the 2026-2027 school year.
Position Details:
Full-time, school-based position In-person elementary school setting Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply Compensation & Benefits $55-$65/hour W-2 Health insurance stipend available Materials/CEU reimbursement Georgia SLP license reimbursement Paid time off Referral bonus program Direct mentorship and support from an experienced school-based SLP and company owner
Responsibilities :
Provide individual and small-group speech-language therapy Complete evaluations, screenings, progress reports, and required documentation Develop and implement appropriate IEP goals Participate in IEP and eligibility meetings Collaborate with teachers, families, and other members of the educational team Maintain accurate service and progress-monitoring records
Qualifications :
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Georgia SLP license or eligibility for licensure Georgia educator certification or eligibility Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills School-based or pediatric experience is preferred but not required About Casper Therapy Services Casper Therapy Services is a therapist-owned company partnering with Georgia school districts to provide exceptional speech-language pathology services through thoughtful placements, strong relationships, and responsive communication.
