Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This contract position for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is available starting in August and runs through October, offering an ideal schedule with dedicated time to focus on student growth. Work alongside another experienced therapist to provide high-quality services to a shared caseload of approximately 40 students.
Qualifications:
Must hold an active Georgia SLP license Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required Experience working with school-aged children preferred Strong collaboration skills and effective communication with students, families, and staff Ability to develop and implement IEP goals and provide thorough documentation
Responsibilities:
Deliver speech and language therapy services as outlined in students' IEPs Assess, monitor, and document student progress and adjust plans accordingly Collaborate with the fellow therapist to coordinate caseload management and service delivery Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student learning and communication Provide direct intervention and support during designated school hours (7am-3pm) three days a week: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday As part of this position, you'll enjoy highly competitive compensation paid weekly, comprehensive insurance coverage (including medical, dental, vision, and life), a matching 401k, and access to a flexible spending account.
