Current Openings We have multiple opportunities available to fit your lifestyle and career goals: Full-Time Salary positions with built-in time for planning and documentation Part-Time & 1099 Contractor roles offering flexibility and autonomy Responsibilities As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Rogers Bridge Pediatric Therapy, your responsibilities will include: Administering and interpreting a variety of speech, language, and feeding assessments tailored to each child's needs Developing individualized treatment plans with clear, measurable goals to guide therapy Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, including daily SOAP notes, progress summaries, and re-evaluations Submitting progress reports every 6 months and/or as needed for plan of care updates or transitions Ensuring a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment that promotes learning and engagement Tracking and analyzing data to monitor progress and make informed treatment decisions Collaborating with families, caregivers, therapists, and other professionals to support care Communicating effectively with parents and team members regarding goals, progress, and strategies for carryover at home Upholding HIPAA standards and maintaining client confidentiality in all aspects of care Keeping electronic medical records updated using clinic-approved EMR systems Ready to take the next step in your career?
