Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC or in your Clinical Fellowship year for the upcoming school year. This onsite position provides the chance to make a significant difference in students' communication abilities while collaborating with a passionate educational team. The assignment runs from late July through May with full-time hours each week.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required Valid and active GA SLP License Current GA PSC Certificate must be on hand Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or eligible Clinical Fellows welcome Previous experience in a school setting is preferred Excellent communication and documentation abilities Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to maximize student outcomes
Responsibilities:
Deliver onsite speech-language services to students in line with IEP goals Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation for each student Participate in IEP meetings and work as part of the multi-disciplinary educational team Provide consultative support and training to teachers and staff around communication strategies Travel between assigned school locations as determined before the school year
