Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact in the school community as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or CF) in the vibrant Savannah, GA area. Working on a contract basis, you'll support students' communication needs and collaborate with passionate educators and families. This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to help children discover their voices and succeed in their academic journey. What you'll bring: Current, active Georgia SLP License Valid Georgia PSC Certificate (must be on hand) SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow (CF) credential Recent experience in a school-based setting, K-12 preferred Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Adaptability to work across different school sites (assignments finalized in July) Dedication to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment What you'll do: Deliver speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of students Assess and document students' communication needs and progress Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) Provide consultation and strategies to teachers, staff, and families Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with school guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team collaborations Stay current with best practices and comply with all relevant state and local regulations Engage fully onsite within the school community—no virtual assignments Experience a fulfilling school year, starting July 27, 2026, through May 21, 2027, with a consistent 37.5 hours per week schedule.
