Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure (or eligibility) as required for school-based practice ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or actively pursuing CFY Previous experience with pediatric populations in schools, clinics, or teletherapy platforms preferred Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and educational documentation Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for students with diverse communication needs Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups Collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families to support student outcomes Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise to educational teams Working as a contract SLP in a school setting enables you to share your specialized knowledge while enjoying a flexible, dynamic work environment.
