This contract opportunity offers two engaging roles: a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist at an elementary school, and coverage for a maternity leave from December through April at a high school—both located in the Villa Rica, GA area.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Georgia Previous experience working in school-based settings, especially with elementary and high school populations, is a plus Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs Deliver direct therapy services to support students' communication skills and academic success Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as appropriate Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to identify goals and support strategies Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate in the overall educational process for each student Adapt to both elementary and high school environments, providing high-quality coverage and support
