Position Overview We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide skilled therapy services to adult and geriatric patients throughout Oahu. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and passionate about improving patient outcomes through personalized care. Responsibilities Perform speech-language pathology evaluations and reassessments Develop individualized treatment plans Treat swallowing disorders and communication impairments Educate patients and caregivers Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team Maintain Medicare-compliant documentation Requirements Current Hawaii SLP license CCC-SLP preferred One year of clinical experience preferred Home health experience preferred Reliable transportation Strong communication and documentation skills Benefits Flexible schedule Competitive per-visit compensation Supportive local management Meaningful work serving local communities Growing patient census
