Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Active state licensure (or ability to obtain) as an SLP Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings Familiarity with early childhood, elementary, and secondary student needs Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with students, families, and staff

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs Deliver evidence-based therapy services to students across K-12 Collaborate with educational teams, classroom teachers, and families to promote student success Maintain accurate records and provide input for IEPs and progress reports Adapt approaches for students with a range of learning and communication challenges
