Job Description

Speech-Language Pathologist (PRN)
Location:
Country Lane Manor - Keosauqua, IA Country Lane Manor is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our in-house rehabilitation team! The SLP will be responsible for organizing and providing high-quality speech and language therapy services to support residents in achieving their highest level of independence and communication ability.
Shift Available:
PRN (as needed)
Rate:
Up to $70/hour Responsibilities Provide quality speech therapy services and initiate referrals when appropriate, following established standards of practice and departmental procedures. Evaluate residents to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation. Develop individualized treatment plans, including target goals and measurable short-term and long-term objectives. Instruct residents, families, and staff in appropriate speech-language techniques to encourage carryover of therapy goals into daily activities. Maintain accurate documentation and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as needed. Qualifications Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Iowa Knowledge of current speech therapy practices, procedures, and regulations Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred, but not required Join our dedicated rehab team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents through compassionate and individualized care.
