Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • PRN Royal Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation Center | Urbandale, IA Royal Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our skilled nursing facility in Urbandale, IA.
This role is vital in helping residents improve communication and swallowing abilities, ultimately enhancing their quality of life. Responsibilities Provide high-quality speech therapy services in accordance with established clinical standards Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Implement targeted therapy interventions with clear short-term and long-term goals Document resident progress accurately and timely Educate residents, families, and facility staff on techniques to support continued progress Qualifications Active Iowa Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) preferred; strong Clinical Fellow (CF) candidates considered BLS Certification required Why Join Us?
