Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a pivotal role supporting children's communication growth for the 2026-2027 school year! Three dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists are needed to provide full-time, in-person services for K-12 students, helping continue the lasting impact of a retiring SLP. You'll be essential in meeting the needs of a diverse student body, with an emphasis on high-needs kiddos who require on-site, flexible, and compassionate expertise.
Key Requirements:
Current SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates (CFY) welcome Experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings preferred Strong skills in evaluation, diagnosis, and individualized treatment planning Comfortable managing caseloads of approximately 50-60 students, adjusted for placement Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with other educators and support staff Commitment to in-person service delivery (teletherapy and hybrid are not options) Open to elementary, middle, or high school placements—times vary by building
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver direct, face-to-face therapy and speech-language services based on students' individualized education plans (IEPs) Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 populations Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP team meetings Provide family and teacher consultation as needed Adapt to flexible scheduling as assigned (elementary: 7:30-4; middle: 7:45-4; high school: 8:30-4) Partner with experienced staff in a supportive and collaborative environment If you're passionate about hands-on, meaningful work with students and ready to have a direct impact as part of the new school year, your expertise is needed.
