This contract opportunity is tailored for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist holding the CCC credential, ready to help students thrive academically and socially. Desired background:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) from ASHA Previous experience working in school settings preferred, but not required State licensure (or eligibility) for practice in Idaho Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Genuine passion for guiding students with diverse needs Role responsibilities: Provide diagnostic assessments and plan therapeutic interventions for a varied caseload of students Write and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, school teams, and families to support students' education Maintain clear and timely records to track student progress Offer guidance and resources to staff and families regarding speech/language development Stay current on best practices within pediatric and school-based speech therapy Embrace a fulfilling part-time opportunity, perfect for balancing work and life while making a significant difference for students and the school community.
