We are searching for an additional Speech Language Pathologist or SLPA to add to our team. We offer a warm and supportive environment, with opportunities to feed your passion! Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans to support communication, social skills, and functional needs Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy for children with a variety of speech, language, and communication differences Educate and collaborate with families/caregivers on strategies for carryover and home support Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress notes, and treatment data Work closely with occupational therapists and other team members to support interdisciplinary care Participate in team meetings, collaboration sessions, and community outreach when needed Communicate progress, concerns, and recommendations clearly and compassionately Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Idaho SLP license (or ability to obtain one) Pediatric experience preferred, or a strong desire to work with children Knowledge of evaluation tools, treatment approaches, and current best practices Strong documentation and computer skills Ability to collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team Compassionate, adaptable, and committed to lifelong learning Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Why Join Star Speech & Occupational Therapy?
