Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team, committed to enhancing communication and swallowing abilities for children. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals Deliver engaging speech therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques and innovative tools Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust therapy strategies accordingly for optimal outcomes Educate patients and their support networks on exercises, strategies, and techniques to support ongoing improvement Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries Requirements Proven experience working with pediatric populations in school or clinical settings Strong knowledge of speech therapy practices specific to pediatrics and early intervention programs Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and families Knowledge of patient care principles within educational or healthcare environments Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program; state licensure or certification required Prior experience working in pediatric settings is highly preferred Join us in making a lasting impact by empowering young individuals through improved communication! Pay:
$68,000.00 - $124,000.00 per year
