Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic school-based setting as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or CFY) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of students near Rockford and Belvidere, IL. Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Illinois licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP or a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate Experience (or strong interest) in school-based SLP services preferred Effective communication skills and a collaborative outlook Commitment to providing high-quality, student-centered care
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals Conduct evaluations and create evidence-based treatment plans Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes Complete timely documentation and participate in IEP meetings Engage in professional development, process improvement, and peer discussions
