A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

  • where behavior analysts, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and behavior therapists work side-by-side to support each child's individual growth.
We're currently seeking a Speech & Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to join our team and work either independently, or under the supervision of our experienced SLP, supporting young learners aged 2-11 years old. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate clinician to work in a supportive, dynamic environment that values creativity, clinical excellence, and work-life balance.
What You'll Do:
Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech therapy services to children in our clinic-based setting Collaborate closely with Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Behavior Analysts, and other team members to implement therapy goals Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations Track and document session notes and progress Communicate effectively with families, supporting carryover of therapy techniques into the home
What We're Looking For:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Illinois state licensure or eligibility (CFs welcome to apply) Experience working with children (pediatric or autism experience strongly preferred) A team-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for helping children thrive Strong organizational and communication skills
