Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity for the 2026-2027 school year working with a dynamic elementary caseload. Collaborate with a dedicated and highly supportive team, committed to making a lasting impact on students' communication growth. This role is structured for 24-30 hours per week, providing an ideal fit for professionals seeking a balanced and meaningful position in an enthusiastic, student-centered environment.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Current SLP-CCC certification Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred Ability to effectively assess and support elementary-aged students Bilingual in Spanish is a significant plus, but not mandatory Excellent communication and collaboration skills Valid licensure for practice in the state
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and participate in IEP meetings Work closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff to foster positive student outcomes Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services delivered Offer consultative support and training to educational staff as needed Contribute to an inclusive, encouraging, and innovative school environment Enjoy the flexibility of a part-time contract position, with a competitive pay range of $45-$55 per hour based on experience.
