Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide school-based services for students in a PreK-8 setting. The SLP will support students with speech, language, communication, and related disorders that impact educational performance and social participation. This position is approximately 1-2 days per week with a manageable caseload of 15-21 students. Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations for PreK-8 students Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services Support students with articulation, fluency, voice, expressive/receptive language, and social communication needs Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, progress reports, and compliance records Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams Participate in IEP meetings and team meetings as needed Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly Utilize evidence-based practices and assistive technology when appropriate Promote communication confidence, participation, and student engagement Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active state SLP license and/or Department of Education certification Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills If you are ready to make a real difference in students' lives while enjoying work-life balance and excellent benefits, take the next step in your career and apply today!
