Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current IL state licensure (or eligibility) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience working with children in school settings Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Provide direct therapy and consultative services to students in individual and group formats Document progress and maintain detailed, compliant records Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to planning for student growth
